Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world’s largest Midas franchisee, is hiring full-time General Service Technicians for our Flint, MI center. You’ll install tires, perform tire services, and contribute to customer safety while earning a base wage plus weekly bonuses. Paid training is provided, with opportunities for ASE certification and internal advancement.

No experience is required to start, and we offer a 5-day work week with Sundays off, plus a competitive benefits package and tool support.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willing to train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services—rotations, balancing and flat repairs—to keep vehicles operating safely.
• Earn weekly bonus payments on top of guaranteed hourly rate.
