Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the largest Midas franchisee, is seeking General Service Technicians for our Rome, NY service center. We offer paid training, a 5-day work week, and opportunities to grow into ASE-certified roles.

You will install tires, rotate and balance wheels, and perform related services while earning a base wage plus weekly bonuses in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive is a plus, but not required; we train motivated individuals.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift/move items over 50 pounds.
• You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs) to keep vehicles safe.
• Earn weekly bonus payments on top of guaranteed hourly rate for every service performed.
