Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, part of the Midas franchise family, is seeking General Service Technicians in Columbus, OH. This full-time role offers a guaranteed base with significant weekly bonuses and paid training.

No experience is required, and we provide ASE certification support and a path for growth within the company. Employees receive a 5-day work week, Sundays off, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift over 50 pounds.
• Teamwork, dependability and a commitment to providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services—rotations, balancing and flat repairs—to keep vehicles safe.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service with weekly bonus payments on top of the base hourly rate.
• No experience needed; paid training is provided.
