Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Newton, NJ is seeking General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube). No experience is needed as PAID training will be provided; the position offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus significant weekly bonus potential.

We promote a 5‑day work week with Sundays and one other weekday off, plus a benefits package including 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision, PTO, and opportunities for ASE certification and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• No experience required—PAID TRAINING provided.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, flat repairs).
• Provide best-in-class automotive service while earning weekly bonus payments on top of base hourly rate.
