Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the largest Midas franchisee now part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring General Service Technicians for our Streetsboro, OH location. Earn a guaranteed base with significant weekly bonus potential in a state-of-the-art center.

No experience is required; you’ll receive paid training and learn tire services, rotations, balancing, and wheel work while building a strong automotive foundation and team skills. Age 18+ and work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items over 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, puncture repairs).
• Contribute to safe, high-quality automotive service for customers.
• Support with other service tasks as needed; participate in training and growth programs.
