Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Maineville, OH, part of the Midas franchisee family, is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our tire and auto service center. You will drive sales, manage inventory and expenses, supervise technicians and front-line staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining profitability.

With a 5-day work week, Sunday and one other weekday off, you’ll benefit from competitive weekly pay with bonus potential, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail store management, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, monitor inventory and expenses, manage personnel and control operating costs.
• Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and explain automotive repairs and maintenance.
• With the digital dashboard, track weekly earnings and lead by example to reinforce the store's position.

ABOUT THE POSITION OF STORE MANAGER

Automotive Store Managers are responsible for the management of a retail store location and ensuring maximum profitability by driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel and controlling operating costs. In addition to implementing and managing sales programs, our Store Managers direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. To advance Midas's sales initiatives, Store Managers communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance and ensure complete customer satisfaction. With our revolutionary digital dashboard, Store Managers can track their personal success and watch their weekly earnings grow as grow they lead by example to reinforce Midas's position as the premiere tire and auto service retailer.
