Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Columbus, OH is seeking a hands-on Automotive Lead Technician to diagnose, service, and repair vehicles in a fast-paced, high-quality center.

This full-time role offers competitive weekly pay with a significant bonus potential, and an opportunity to earn up to $150K annually based on performance, with a 5-day work week and ASE certification growth support.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or a relevant education/experience mix.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: Value dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
