Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Okemos, MI is seeking an Automotive Lead Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, lead undercar services, and ensure top-quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Dependability, teamwork, and delivering quality service in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
