Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, is hiring an Automotive Lead Technician for our Sewickley, PA center. Join a high-performance team in a state-of-the-art facility offering growth, competitive weekly pay with a strong bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead undercar repairs, diagnose and service brakes, suspensions, tires, and routine maintenance while upholding quality and safety standards. ASE certification is a plus; valid U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience or equivalent training.
• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE Certification is a major bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive services (brakes, suspension, oil changes).
• Complete state inspections and perform routine maintenance.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn parts.

What you'll do

As a leader in undercar repairs, you will be trusted to:

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters.
• Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

What we're looking for

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.
