Job summary

Auto Systems Centers in Pickerington, OH is hiring for an Automotive Lead Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs in a fast-paced tire and service environment.

The role emphasizes leadership in undercar repairs, customer service, and hands-on diagnostics, with opportunities for ASE certification and internal advancement. This full-time position includes a strong base pay with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience or a relevant combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, suspension components, and routine maintenance.
• Complete state inspections and change oil/filters.

• Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts as needed.
