Job summary

Fenwick & West seeks mid-to-senior level corporate associates for a sophisticated practice focusing on startups, venture capital, and emerging companies, with Seattle as a key office alongside Bay Area and other locations. Candidates must have at least three years of startup/VC experience, prefer tech or life sciences clients, and demonstrate superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills.

M&A or capital markets experience is a plus.

Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. The Anticipated Range For This Position Is

$260,000 - $390,000

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

• A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
