Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for the Marshall, MN site to support safe, efficient shipping and receiving operations. You will operate a forklift as needed, schedule shipments, and provide essential admin support including data entry and paperwork.

Overtime may be required. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of warehouse shipping admin experience are preferred; forklift and electric cart certificates are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in warehouse following GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Schedule and confirm all site shipping.
• Provide administrative support including communication, paperwork, and data entry.
• Answer questions and resolve issues using warehouse and company knowledge.
• May assist with training.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally.
• Work as a team member and perform any duty to serve the company.
• Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading trailers.
