Job summary

DFA Milk is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance. This midshift role supports production, ensures asset reliability, and drives continuous improvement.

You will manage a preventive maintenance program, audits, and work orders while coordinating with operations to optimize facility performance. Ideal candidates hold a related degree or technical certification, 3+ years in supervision within manufacturing, and strong technical skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical degree with 3 years of related experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety culture and ensure safety training across all employees.
• Schedule maintenance activities and manage daily work orders.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with operations for project transitions.
• Oversee 5S, budgeting, and reliability improvements for DFA assets.
• Ensure SQF Food Safety compliance and food safety audits as required.
