McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is hiring a Crew Member to join our team in Delaware. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and help deliver the McDonald’s experience with a friendly attitude and teamwork.

Training is provided, with a focus on customer service, food safety, and cleanliness. Shifts include late afternoons and evenings, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the restaurant network.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly greeting
• Take accurate orders at counter, Drive-Thru, or kiosk
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly
• Ensure every guest leaves satisfied
• Prepare menu items according to McDonald’s standards
• Assemble orders quickly and accurately
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Maintain high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation
• Keep workstations clean and organized
• Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies
• Stock and rotate products properly
• Support overall restaurant cleanliness
