Job summary

Carbonella and Desarbo in Branford, CT is seeking a Mid-Shift Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and repacking. You will ensure staff stay productive, maintain safety, and uphold a positive work environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:30 PM with occasional weekends. The role reports to the Operations Manager, requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and repacking to ensure peak efficiency.
• Train and manage warehouse staff, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate reception of all products between AM/PM shifts and ensure proper sorting, labeling, and FIFO storage.
• Maintain safe, healthy working environment and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues affecting deadlines.

# Mid-Shift CoordinatorCarbonella and Desarbo - Brandford, CT 06405## Description**Mid-Shift Coordinator Job Summary:** As a mid-shift coordinator, you will oversee and manage daily warehouse activities including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and repacking. The ideal candidate will ensure that all staff is on task and working safely, while making sure that we remain and fun and enjoyable place to work.
