Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in transportation design and project management.
• Experience with MDOT SHA and Maryland jurisdictions.
• Active PE license in Maryland (or ability to obtain a Virginia PE license within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead concept design studies, including traffic analyses.
• Prepare and revise construction documents and reports.
• Manage design and environmental permitting processes.
• Mentor and coordinate junior engineers and technicians.
• Conduct quality control reviews of design plans.
