Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Systems Administrator 3 in Fort Meade, MD. Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• Previous experience working at or with Intelligence Community.
• TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.
• Sets up administrator and service accounts, maintains system documentation, tunes system performance.
• Installs system-wide software and allocates mass storage space.
• Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.
• Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation, and provides backup recovery.
• Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
