You would also be drafting memoranda and opinions on the most current, complex US tax issues. The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of relevant experience in international and corporate tax issues. The candidate must be able to manage projects and work with colleagues in different practice groups and countries. In addition, a successful candidate will need to enjoy working in a dynamic environment in which they will be required to learn and embrace new, developing areas of the tax law in which there is limited formal guidance. Top academic credentials are a prerequisite and an LLM in Taxation will be favorably considered.
