Skadden, a leading law firm, seeks mid-to-senior level associates/counsel for the Energy & Infrastructure Projects group. Roles are available in Houston, New York, Washington, D.C., or Toronto, with a hybrid work model and strong emphasis on financing expertise.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in energy/project finance, M&A, debt and tax equity financing, and related joint ventures. A discretionary year-end bonus may be available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience in energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong financing experience with debt and tax equity financing.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work on debt and tax equity financings, M&A, and project development.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams across offices (Houston, NY, DC, Toronto).
• Draft, negotiate, and close project documents and finance agreements.
• Contribute to client service excellence and business development.
