We’re looking for a Mid‑Senior Art Director who can lead ideas and bring them to life across everything from brand campaigns to social content. You have strong design instincts, a clear point of view, and understand how creative actually works today—fast, platform‑specific, and constantly evolving. You’re as comfortable concepting big ideas as you are rolling up your sleeves to make them real.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and designers to develop integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Concept and execute ideas that are built for platforms—not just adapted to them
- Design and oversee production of assets including social content, digital ads, landing pages, email, and brand campaigns
- Bring ideas to life across formats—from static to video to short‑form content
- Lead photo and video shoots from concept through execution—including fast‑turn, social‑first content
- Contribute to video and podcast content creation, including editing, formatting, and platform optimization
- Present work clearly and confidently, articulating the “why” behind the idea
- Maintain a high level of craft while pushing for fresh, modern creative
- Leverage emerging tools and workflows—including AI platforms like Midjourney, Nano Banana, Runway—to accelerate and enhance creative output
- Mentor junior designers and help elevate the overall quality of the work
- Partner with account and production teams to deliver high‑quality work on time
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Skills
- 5+ years of experience in an agency or creative environment, with a strong portfolio of integrated work
- Proven ability to concept and lead creative—not just execute
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of Figma or similar tools
- Comfortable using modern creative tools, including AI platforms as part of your workflow
- Solid video editing skills (social cuts, podcast edits, pacing, sound, formatting for different platforms)
- Understanding of content production workflows, including video and podcast formats
- Social‑native—you understand what works across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and evolving platforms
- Strong design fundamentals (typography, composition, hierarchy) with a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Confident presenter who can sell ideas internally and to clients
- Collaborative, proactive, and not precious—you iterate, test, and improve
Nice to Have
- Experience editing podcast/video content (Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
- Experience working with UGC creators or social‑first production
- Familiarity with performance‑driven creative and iterative testing
