  • Drive the evolution of our advertising‑focused SDKs, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across the platform
  • Establish and continuously improve Claude Code and other AI‑assisted workflows to enhance team‑wide code quality, productivity, and efficiency
  • Lead code reviews, set engineering standards, and champion best practices across the Android team
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Staff engineers on feature definition and execution
  • Investigate and resolve complex creative rendering, performance, and integration issues
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of test apps used to validate SDK functionality
  • Define and own the unit and integration test strategy for SDK components

  • Stay current with Android ecosystem trends and share insights to elevate the team’s technical capabilities
What You’ll Drive
  • Strategic direction for SDK architecture and design within the mobile advertising domain
  • Performance optimization initiatives, including memory profiling, startup time, and battery efficiency
  • Integration patterns with third‑party ad networks and mediation platforms
  • Adoption and maturity of Claude Code as a core component of the team’s development workflow
  • WebView and HTML5 content rendering strategies within native Android applications
  • Cross‑platform alignment and collaboration with iOS teams
  • CI/CD workflows built on GitHub Actions and Bazel, including automated testing strategy and quality gates for LLM‑assisted code contributions
  • Engineering culture, mentorship, and career development for the Android team
Key Skills & Experience

Required:

  • Demonstrated team leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, driving technical roadmaps, and cultivating a high‑performing team culture
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to engineering, product, and business stakeholders across our global teams in the USA, Poland, and Ukraine
  • Hands‑on experience leveraging AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate engineering workflows, improve code quality, and drive team‑wide productivity gains
  • Experience designing testing strategies and validation workflows that verify the correctness, safety, and reliability of LLM‑generated code, including code review practices, automated checks, and appropriate guardrails before mergeHands‑on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows, matrix builds, and release automation for SDK distribution
  • Production experience with the Bazel build system, including authoring and maintaining BUILD files, managing dependencies, and optimizing build and test performance for large‑scale codebases
  • Proven track record of architecting and designing cross‑team systems, with the ability to synthesize stakeholder requirements and business needs into clear technical designs and production‑ready code
  • Strong understanding of Kotlin coroutines, structured concurrency, and threading models, including practical experience designing concurrent and asynchronous workflows in Android
  • A proactive ethos: a self‑starter who anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
