PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Middle Office Services Analyst to support client transactions, verify documentation, and ensure accurate coding in line with policies. Based in-office, you will collaborate with internal partners to resolve inquiries and fulfill client requests.
The role emphasizes accuracy, risk management, and effective communication as you work with the Account Services Team to deliver compliant, timely service.

As a Middle Office Services Analyst within PNC's Account Services Team organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Under guidance, completes a variety of client transactions, reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy, and interprets information for correct coding and adherence to established policies and procedures. Handles various requests from clients or market partners, performing actions to successfully complete the requests. Ensures activities are completed in compliance with line of business standards as well as internal policies and procedures. Coordinates with internal partners to resolve inquiries and issues. May contact clients to obtain required information, respond to questions and resolve problems.

Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
