Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Digital Engineer, Mid, to advance systems engineering across the lifecycle with MBSE methods and model-based tooling. You will apply data-centric analysis and automation to build scalable engineering solutions, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes learning and growing in a fast-paced environment, using cutting-edge technologies and maintaining security clearances as needed.

Qualifications

Experience with systems engineering and scientific analysis.
Experience with software programming and using automation or AI to enhance work.
Knowledge of practical MBSE for development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody.
Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and engineering practices.
Ability to establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders or teammates to achieve goals.
Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development of systems engineering products and MBSE artifacts.
Integrate human-in-the-loop processes and quality guardrails to ensure reliable outcomes.
