KLN Family Brands is seeking a Material Handler for the Mid Shift in Perham, MN. The role runs 2:40pm - 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a base pay of $19.13/hr, a $1.22/hr sign-on-like bonus, and a $1.15/hr mid-shift differential, plus profit sharing eligibility after one year.
The team handles shipping, receiving, inventory, and product movement in a warehouse environment. Applicants must be able to operate forklifts and meet certification requirements.

Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses.
Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving.
Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks.
Drive the shuttle truck to deliver and pickup product and supplies as necessary.
Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles.
Operate the shrink wrapper, box crusher, etc. as necessary.
Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary.
Backup or substitute inventory control positions when necessary.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
Place raw materials, packaging, and finished goods on hold and release as necessary.
Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
All other duties as assigned.

Ability to drive forklift and pass certification exam
