Job summary

Partly is expanding its US mid-market sales in Austin, TX. The Sales Representative, Mid-Market, USA will lead in-person outreach to independent automotive and collision shops, building relationships and closing founding partnerships.

You will own a territory, test messaging, run high-volume outreach, and shape the playbook as the region scales. This first-hire role offers significant influence over how we approach the segment and growth in the region.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of proven, high-velocity B2B sales — field, territory, or SaaS.
• Experience selling to auto repair or collision shops is a strong plus.
• Ability to walk into shops, earn trust, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales from walk-in to close in a defined territory.
• Manage a regional pipeline with discipline and velocity.
• Translate technical value into procurement workflows for shops.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Onboarding for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and track next steps.
