Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Engineer to support the TASD team. The successful candidate will assist in the software development life cycle through requirements derivation, process development and refinement, Model Based Systems Engineering model development, and contractual documentation. Collaborating with senior engineers, you will contribute to data-driven analysis and systems engineering workflows that ensure our simulation tools accurately represent current and future threat environments. • Support capability elicitation and derivation of requirements to realize requested development.

• Support training and orientation of simulation tools. Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of related work experience, or a Master's Degree in STEM with 3 years of related work experience, or a PhD in Stem with 1 year of related work experience
• Practical experience executing or analyzing results from military modeling and simulation (M&S) frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, scripting, or automation using Python, MATLAB, or C++
• Expert understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts
• Experience with MBSE tools such as CAMEO or MagicDraw
• Must be self-motivated and capable of executing technical tasks with minimal supervision Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) ground test, flight test, or wargaming events
• Familiarity with missile defense concepts, space-based tracking/sensors, or orbital mechanics
