Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level SRE to join the Operations Support team in Southlake, TX. The role focuses on automating tasks with Python and maintaining production systems on on‑prem and cloud platforms, including Kubernetes.

You will participate in incident response, build observability tools, and contribute to disaster recovery planning to improve system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of SRE or production engineering experience.
• Strong Python for automation and tooling.
• Hands-on in GCP/AWS/Azure and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Familiar with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation to streamline operational tasks using Python.
• Support and maintain production systems across on‑prem and cloud environments.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Build and enhance observability dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and performance reviews.
