• This position supports a newly awarded contract, with work expected to begin in early 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Measure and characterise electromagnetic signatures of foreign radar, communications, and EW devices; assesses transmitted/received RF signals, system performance, vulnerabilities, and friendly detect/identify/track implications.

What You Bring

• Active minimum TS/SCI clearance
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's related to the labor category
• Experience in RF phenomenology; radar; waveform analysis; signal processing; antennas; emitter characterization; EW

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in process improvement or analytical services
• Countermeasures; RCS; RF test equipment; reverse engineering; foreign materiel exploitation
