Stoel Rives in Seattle seeks a mid-level Project Finance Associate to join the national project finance team within the corporate practice. The role concentrates on debt and tax equity financings for renewable energy assets, including solar, wind, storage, and related infrastructure.

The position offers multi-office flexibility (Minneapolis, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, Washington, DC) with Seattle preferred.

Qualifications

• JD and bar membership in good standing.
• 3–5 years in debt and tax equity project finance and M&A with renewables experience.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-focused project management.

Responsibilities

• Support debt facilities, tax equity monetization, and other capital structures for renewables.
• Assist financing transactions, acquisitions, and JV dealings.
• Draft financing and security documents and related agreements.
• Perform due diligence and collaborate with tax, regulatory, real estate teams from term sheet to closing.
