• Responsibilities include legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and other case documents, attending hearings, and managing matters from commencement to final resolution.
• Requires recent litigation experience in either civil or criminal law practice.
• Requires familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules and practices, as well as case management experience.
• Strong negotiating skills are required for the role.

We are currently seeking a mid-level associate to support our Portland Office’s Professional Responsibility Group and Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of recent litigation experience, either in a civil law or criminal law practice. Candidates should also be licensed to practice in Oregon, have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. This lawyer will work primarily with the Professional Responsibility Group.

• Provide legal research and analysis in pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents;

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-210k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
