Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is seeking a Mid-Level OSINT Instructor to develop OSINT training materials, design curriculum, and lead instructional sessions for advanced OSINT tradecraft. Active TS/SCI with CIP willingness is required before start.

The role focuses on producing learning content, evaluating learner progress, and implementing new TTPs in a fast-paced mission environment within the Intelligence Community space.

Qualifications

• OSINT training and related certifications welcomed.

• Experience delivering instruction to adults in a training environment.

Join the mission behind America's Open-Source Intelligence Enterprise. We're looking for a talented Mid-Level OSINT Instructor to play a key role in producing and organizing OSINT training materials, designing curriculum, and leading instructional sessions. As an OSINT Training Instructor, you will be responsible for supporting the development of advanced OSINT tradecraft training, implementing new TTPs, and providing expert instruction to students.

Clearance Required for this role: Active TS/SCI with ability/willingness to obtain/maintain Counterintelligence Polygraph (CIP) (Active CIP preferred; must have CIP before start on program)

Responsibilities:

• Produce and organize OSINT training materials, document attendance, and handle instructional tasks
• Design curriculum for specialized OSINT training, develop e-learning content, and create training assessments
• Support oversight of advanced OSINT tradecraft training development, implement new TTPs, and lead instructional sessions on tradecraft

Requirements:

• Intelligence Community experience required
• All-Source experience with OSINT training and experience, or OSINT collection, research, exploitation, and analytic production experience required
• 8 years of experience conducting training instruction, curriculum development, and All-Source/OSINT experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Desired Education, Experience & Skills

• OSINT training and certifications from commercial or government organizations a plus.

An approximate annual salary range for this position is $80,000-$135,000. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
