Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research/Strategic Systems Analyst to support mission-critical government programs on-site. The ideal candidate has a TS clearance, DoD or government project experience, and a strong background in operations research, statistics, decision analysis, and modeling.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions and ensure security/compliance.

Qualifications

• Active Minimum TS Clearance.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in operations research; statistics; decision analysis; modeling & simulation; quantitative methods.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category.

What You'll Do

• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience


• Background in process improvement or analytical services


• Strong knowledge in campaign analysis; wargaming; optimization; Monte Carlo; mission analysis; senior-level briefing
