Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking two Mid-Level .NET Developers for a multi-year modernization program in Philadelphia. The project involves migrating to Azure, rebuilding APIs, and modern enterprise applications. One role includes front-end exposure with modern JS frameworks. Contract duration is 6 months.

Candidate will contribute to backend services, API design, and cloud modernization within an Agile team, with opportunities to grow full-stack skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET development.
• Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid SQL and database development experience.
• Experience developing scalable enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience participating in technical design discussions and solution planning.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Support enterprise application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Database development, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and enhance application reliability.
