Job summary

SPD Technology seeks a Middles ML & AI Engineer to design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models, leveraging transformer architectures and state-of-the-art NLP techniques. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of production experience in ML, with transformer-based models and deployment in scalable systems.
• Proficient in Python and ML/DL frameworks; experience with NLP and modern LLM techniques; full ML lifecycle including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models using transformer architectures.
• Build and integrate NLP pipelines with frameworks like PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Spacy.
• Develop and deploy scalable ML systems handling real-time data.
• Mentor junior team members and stay updated on GenAI trends.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve data management and support innovation.
