Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in healthcare law.
• Licensure: Currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying.
• Credentials: Excellent academic credentials and professional references.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare Provider Counsel: Advise academic medical centers, health systems, outpatient providers, digital health companies, and healthcare investors on regulatory compliance, operational matters, and supplier regulations.
• Life Sciences Regulatory: Support global pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostic, dietary supplement, and cosmetics companies on regulatory strategy and compliance.
• Cross-Practice Collaboration: Partner with corporate, transactional, litigation, IP, and white-collar groups on regulatory aspects of healthcare and life sciences matters.
• Research & Advisory: Conduct regulatory research, draft submissions, and deliver actionable counsel to clients across the healthcare ecosystem.
