Qualifications

Duties

Represent private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and lenders in debt finance transactions. Participate as a key member of deal teams, managing signings and closings. Draft and negotiate debt commitment papers and credit documentation. Engage with middle-market private equity transactions. Collaborate with alternative credit providers and private lenders.

Requirements
