Job summary

Adgtech is seeking a Mid-Level Java Full Stack Developer to support modernization and technology transformation for government clients. The role is based in Sterling, VA, with on-site requirements and a hybrid work arrangement across the DC metro area.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of development experience, strong JS framework skills (Angular/React), relational DB experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and proficiency with CI/CD tooling and test automation (Cucumber, Selenium, Jenkins).

• Plan, conduct, and direct systems projects of major importance and difficulty by applying your advanced computer systems knowledge.
• Research systems analysis methodology and create a repository of such information in electronic format for re-use.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge in the development of client/server and internet applications that utilize a n-tier architecture and graphical user interface.
• Provide deployment support by deploying code, static files, and/or databases by request to the staging environment and syncing static files and databases among environments.
• Other similar professional duties assigned as needed.

Overview:

We are seeking Mid-Level Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on modernization and technology transformation projects that will positively impact the critical missions of our government clients and solve challenges that aim to improve millions of lives across the globe.

Location: Sterling, VA (Every Wednesday onsite a week is mandatory)

Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship Required; Active Public Trust or ability to obtain DHS suitability

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

Work Authorization: US citizenship required in order to obtain a US government Public Trust clearance

Location/Remote: Hybrid, candidate must be local to DC Metro and ready to come onsite at least once a week.
