Fenwick & West is seeking mid-level litigation associates with four to six years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are a must.

You must be barred in the state of the office you apply for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000, with a discretionary bonus possible

• 4–6 years of litigation experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, or complex commercial litigation.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be barred in the state of the office they apply for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
