Qualifications

• Three to five years of Texas insurance coverage experience.
• Experience with Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, and/or Commercial Auto policies.
• Experience defending personal injury claims or acting as monitoring counsel.
• Experience in federal and state courts.
• Experience in negotiation and mediations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of lawsuit management, including depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
• Provide policy interpretation and conduct legal research.
• Prepare coverage position letters and opinions.
• Advise on policy wording proposals and risk transfer.
