Overview

• The role represents clients across various industries, including cybersecurity, telecommunications, aerospace and defense, construction and engineering, information technology, life sciences, biodefense, and professional services.


• Required experience spans all areas of public contract law (federal, state, and local), specifically including handling bid protests (first or second chair), government contracts counseling under FAR/DFARS, False Claims Act litigation, suspension and debarment, conducting/responding to government investigations, and developing/enhancing ethics and compliance programs.


• Candidates must have prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm.


• The nationally recognized Government Contracts team advises leading contractors on complex regulatory, compliance, procurement, investigations, and litigation matters, providing exposure to high-profile contract disputes and transactional work.


• Associates have opportunities to develop meaningful client relationships and take ownership of substantive work.
