Job summary

You will draft complex opinions, motions, and memoranda, handle a diverse caseload from the outset, and participate in business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Texas Bar in good standing is required; New York Bar admission strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a litigation setting.
• Ability to draft opinions, motions, and legal memoranda with strong academic credentials.

Position Requirements
