WSP is seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer (Generation) to join our Power & Energy team on a nationwide basis, with preference for Seattle, WA and other major offices. The role focuses on design of substations, power systems, and generation projects, delivering high‑quality engineering solutions.
You will perform calculations, develop plans, review designs, and collaborate with project managers while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance across projects.

This is a nationwide search; any WSP office will be considered, with preference for the Power Generation focused offices in Seattle, WA; Meridian, ID; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Oradell, NJ; Mount Laurel, NJ; Overland Park, KS. The candidate will be involved in projects with our Power & Energy Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients’ objectives and solves their challenges.

Expected Salary (all locations): $86,100 - $150,590. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other protected status.
