Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in analytics, CS, information systems, engineering, finance, or economics.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, data operations, or reporting.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with ETL, data transformation, data validation, and cloud data lake environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to data quality.

Preferred

• Experience creating dashboards or visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or a similar platform.
• Experience using Databricks and Snowflake, including working with Python and SQL workflows.
• Exposure to financial services, asset management, or alternative investments.
• Familiarity with sales, CRM, transaction, flow, advisor, or product data.
• Experience replacing manual Excel or reporting processes with scalable automation.
• Experience with Git, APIs, workflow-orchestration tools, or approved AI-assisted development tools.
