GOALS for Autism, Inc. is seeking Clinical Supervisor Interns to support the delivery of ABA services across client programs. The role emphasizes a team-based approach, open communication, and ongoing supervision to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees required.
• Enrollment in BCaBA or BCBA program preferred (required within 120 days of hire)
• Two years of related professional ABA experience with ASD in a multidisciplinary team
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized programs for clients aged 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Provide training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents in naturalistic settings.
• Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technician.
• Assist with assessments and data collection under BCBA direction; review progress with caregivers.
• Ensure treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintain data collection on goals.
• Participate in group supervision at least twice per month during fieldwork; complete assigned tasks.
• Lead company activities such as interviews, job fairs, and trainings at least quarterly.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assists in the development of individualized programs for clients, ages 14 months and older in natural settings
• Provide program training and feedback directly to behavior technicians and parents in a naturalistic setting
• Supervises implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technician
• Supervision includes the following activities under the direction of a BCBA: assisting in administering assessments and implementation of client treatment plans, regular visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness, make observations, collect data, chart progress, and provide parent education
• Under the direction of the BCBA, ensures client treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintains data collection on all given treatment plan goals
• During fieldwork experience, participates in group supervision, a minimum of twice per month and completes all required assignments provided by the instructor
• Demonstrates leadership by participating in company related activities, such as interviewing potential new hires, job fairs, and providing trainings a minimum of one time per quarter.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and Master's degree required
• Enrollment in BCaBA program or BCBA program preferred (required within 120 days of hire)
• Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with children with autism spectrum disorders (“ASD”) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
