The role involves providing intelligence production and briefing support on C4I and telecommunications infrastructure, analyzing vulnerabilities, and tracking foreign SIGINT deployment to support national C4I functions.

The position requires 3+ years in C4I or telecom networks analysis or 7+ years, with TS/SCI clearance w/ CI Polygraph.

Qualifications

• 3 years of C4I or telecommunications networks analysis experience, or 7 years equivalent
• Knowledge of SIGINT tools and databases
• Ability to develop deliverables for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders
• TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic requirements
• Analyze C4I and telecommunications networks, identifying vulnerabilities in redundancy, confidentiality, and integrity
• Identify and track deployment of foreign SIGINT units supporting C4I functions
• Prepare high-quality, tailored deliverables and briefings for senior policymakers or defense stakeholders
