Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California (in good standing).
• 3+ years of business/commercial litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings and manage law and motion practice under senior attorney guidance.
• Oversee the discovery process, from planning to evidence identification.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, or CEB.
• Draft legal memoranda for trial preparation and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
