Goodyear is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in a busy Auto Service center. You will diagnose issues, perform line maintenance, and deliver outstanding service while advancing through fast-track training opportunities.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with strong pay potential and a comprehensive benefits package. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous learning across brake services, alignments, and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED; ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and brake repairs.
• Handle fluid exchanges/flushes and wheel alignments.
• Install tires, document all work, and communicate with guests about vehicle status.
• Promote teamwork and ensure guest care during operating hours.
• Maintain safety and follow company policies.
