Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an on-site Automotive Technician to diagnose issues and deliver outstanding service in our Auto Service centers. You will gain hands-on experience, using a mechanical aptitude to service brakes, alignments, and routine maintenance.

This role offers training and fast track career advancement for hardworking team players who deliver results. Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work a schedule that may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics and problem-solving.
• Brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, and wheel alignments.
• Tire installation and customer vehicle service.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and communicate safety issues to management.
