Location: 145 Great Oaks Trail, Wadsworth, OH 44281. Hours: M-F 8 AM – 6 PM; Saturday 8 AM – 5 PM; Closed Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear\'s Auto Service centers by using mechanical aptitude to diagnose technical issues while delivering outstanding service.
  • Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order and provide clear communication to guests about their vehicles.
  • Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
  • Maintain strict adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation and report safety issues to management.
  • Engage in continued learning of new technologies within the rapidly changing automotive industry.
  • Demonstrate guest service excellence and provide guidance to junior technicians as needed.
  • Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and maneuvering tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
  • Valid driver\'s license and ability to work legally in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
  • Display a commitment to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • ASE Certification.
  • Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests, with electrical, air conditioning, and fuel system experience preferred.
