Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Parts Associate to help manage our parts inventory. The role requires a minimum of 6 months of automotive parts experience and involves sourcing and ordering parts, handling returns, and communicating with dealers and suppliers.

You will be responsible for reconciling and recording payments for parts, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The position offers first and second shifts at the Hutchins, TX facility and a competitive hourly wage.

As a Mid-Level Parts Associate, you’ll be expected to help manage our inventory of parts by:

• Sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts
• Managing parts returns and general inventory
• Communicating with dealers and suppliers
• Managing reconciliation and recording of payment for parts

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.00 hourly (based on level of experience)

• Pay: Starting pay for this position is $16/hr.

• Schedule: We offer a first and second shift at this location. Please keep in mind that all locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business need.

  • First shift: Mon-Fri 6am-3pm
  • Second Shift: Mon-Thurs 4pm-3am

• Location: Our inspection center is located at: 3501 Lancaster Hutchins Road Hutchins, TX 75141

General qualifications and requirements

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
